Little Mermaid's Sea Witch Redesign

In the original story of The Little Mermaid, it only described the Sea Witch to live in a "House of Bones".In the middle east there coincidentally is an animal whose diet is 90 percent bones: the Bearded Vulture. Therefore, I decided to make a hybrid abomination with this animal.
